USA Card Services advertises to assist people in setting up an Internet marketing business. I signed a 48 month lease for the credit card system to allow customers to purchase my products over the Internet. It became evident to me that something was wrong when they sent me a regular face to face credit card terminal that cannot be used over the Internet.

The lease is for 48 months at $96.99 per month. Their web site (usacardservices.com), says they will set up an online business. They are trying to force me to pay the $96.99 each month. They refuse to let me out of the lease. I have filed complaints with 5 other Government organizations. Anything you can do to help me would be appreciated.

I suggest you go to the state attorney in your state or the one where the company holds the lease. Try also your local news station help line. A four year lease is a joke. If they did not live up to their promises, see a lawyer.
