ZPDI (Opticom) Long Distance Service - $19.59 for 8 minute call

I received my June 9 billing and ZPDI had billed an 8 minute call to me for $20.94 me on behalf of Opticom that was allegedly made on May 5 at 1:21a. I told Opticom that I do not recognize this phone number and asked who it belongs to. The operator said it is unlisted. I told him that I called the number and I did not even get a dial tone. The number is invalid. He hung up on me. I called ZPDI and they said it belongs to a computer access. I do not have a computer. He said it must have been a virus that was in a previous computer that caused it to bill to my phone ! The Verizon representative stayed on the phone with me and he finally agreed to remove the charge. I believe this to be a scam of some sort on behalf of OPTICOM, and ZPDI !
