What terrible customer service! I received my order and my lenses were defective, I politely asked if the could exchange the lenses or give me a refund I got no reply on that e-mail, so I wrote a frustrated one (feel free to read my e-mail below). and never give them your business

 

 

Me-Hi I sent an e-mail 2 weeks go and I have not got a response, my contacts seem to be defective I wish to return them and get a refund...I originaly just wanted an exchange but I had to buy a box at a local store so I could be able to drive!

I wish to return my boxes for a full refund.

 

 

Them-Unfortunately, because the order was filled according to the prescription information given to us, we will not be able to give a refund on the lenses. Also, we do not give refunds on opened boxes of lenses.

 

Me-Dear Customer service,

 

I have a closed box, I stated in my e-mail that the lenses seem to be defective is there anything you can do for me? (Them in caps!)-HOW DO YOU KNOW THEY ARE DEFECTIVE IF YOU HAVE NOT OPENED THE BOX AND USED THEM

 

Me-IF YOU WOULD BE AN EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE YOU WOULD HAVE READ MY E-MAIL (BELOW ) AND SEE I PURCHASED TWO (2) BOXES WITH THE SAME PRESCRIPTION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
