Since September 2004, I have been trying to clear my name off of a Bankruptcy that was placed on my record by the above companies. I have not filed Bankruptcy and have had credit turned down by a dozen different companies, I cannot even get my house refinanced because of it. Does anyone realize that Companies are run by Humans and Computers are input by Humans that make mistakes.

What do I have to say or do to get these companies to take my name off of their records and restore my credit ratings? If companies would look at Social Security Numbers instead of names they might do a better job. There are 3 other people out there that I know of with my name. Someone please help me.
