I have a whirlpool washing machine WhiteMagic CP45, which I bought in Bangalore less than a year ago. It stopped working 2 months ago. Service request lodged : 7640527. A technician came to see it and said a part had to be replaced. I have been following up with their Service Center for the last

6 weeks. Either they do not have a spare or they do not have a technician available!!

The service is deplorable. I have waited for them on several weekends only to have them not turn up in the end. Every time I call they say it will get done the next day!! I will most definitely never buy a Whirlpool product again. Not only are their products defective but their service is abominable. I went to their website to lodge a complaint and that link too does not work.
