Norton Internet Security Professional

I cannot enable my Norton Internet Security Professional. I paid for my subscription which is good til Feb. 2006.

I went to the home page and found no way to make live contact from the support menu. It's all automated and quite unhelpful.

There is no phone support unless I want to pay for it. Sorry I already paid for the subscription and it's useless to me.

They need to fix this.
