This is my third e-mail attempt to request the free Portable Plug-in Ionizer that I waas supposed to receive with my order. I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM HABAND IN THREE ATTEMPTS TO GET MY FREE IONIZER WITH MY ORDER !!!! I have been a customer with Haband for YEARS. This is how I am treated????
The responses to my two previous e-mails were: " We forwarded your complaint to the department that will quickly respond to your complaint." That was TWO MONTHS ago!!!!
