Complaint for Forplay Catalog
I had ordered an outfit from them on 3/26/05 and they processed my order quickly, but it went down hill from there. The order was supposed to be sent out a few days later. A month had gone by and I didn't hear from them or recieved the outfit in the mail. I tried to contact them about it several times and received no answer.
I finally got an email the beginning on May telling me that the outfit was out-of-stock and wanted to know if I wanted a refund or another item. It also said that they had tried to contact me several times, but I didn't hear a thing from them at home or my email. This outfit was in stock when I ordered it-had they sent it then I would have it.
They still have yet to refund my account several weeks later, since I asked for a refund. This isn't a company that I will be ordering from anymore. Their service is horrible! Anything in their catalog I can make anyway. Sincerely,

I had a similar experience with Forplay Catalog. I am in the process of filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and possibly the Police. I ordered a Halloween Costume through them. When I received said costume, it was nothing like the item described on the website and it was very cheaply made, plus the size chart was completely incorrect. I contacted them and was advised I could return the product for store credit. I returned the item immediately (at my cost for the shipping) and then yesterday return home to see that they have returned the item to me stating it was damaged. There are now huge deodorant stains (I don't wear deodorant because I have terribly sensitive skin) that looks like someone drew on the seams of the arm pits. This has been a completely fraudulent experience and people need to be aware before dealing with these people so this DOES NOT happen to them.
