I reported my fault on 13th May 18.40.

Got a phone call on the 16th May saying he cannot repair the line its another department.

Heard nothing until I decided to call BT faults for an update, evenually got through but they could not give me a date when it will be repaired.

19th May line is on but no telephone saying its working, but line has a tone on but is it working todate do not no.

Can someone tell me what the hell is going on because I do not know.

Is it working or not?
