I paid over $7000 for their dome, but they never would ship it, they missed 2 appointments to deliver and install. Finally I drove to their business location and picked it up myself. There were missing parts, and no documentation on how to install it.

They were rude, and totally unresponsive to me despite repeated attempts to get the missing parts. I should feel lucky because most people they have ripped off never got anything for their money. It cost me thousands extra to have the missing parts and dome redesigned so that we could actually mount it. They took their website offline again recently.
