I am 19 years old and have been trying for thelast two weeks to get a phone through sprint. I have read some of the complaints and all of them seem to be the same. You have a write off on an account.

I have never nor do I now have a cell phone nor have I ever tried to get credit before. But, today I received a letter from sprint saying I have a write off and the reporting agency is Profile Screening Services. This only happens when I try to activate my cell phone.

Could you please explain to me how I can have a write off on an account that doesn't exist. If this matter is not taken care of soon, I will be forced to contact and attorney or the bbb and let them handle this matter. Apparently there is a really big problem between you credit agency and sprint and it needs to be taken care of. It can't just be me as I read several complaints and they all seen to be the same.
