Complaint:

Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Inc./ Let's Dance Productions, Principle:

Diana Willis, was paid in full for a videography and dj package for a wedding and reception to be held on April 30, 2005. The day of the wedding nobody from Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Inc./ Let's Dance Productions showed up for the day. As a result, my wedding day was ruined. I have no

professional video of that special day. The stress that I endured on the day of my wedding was unnecessary. Not even an apology from Mrs. Diana Willis.

In fact, when asked about reparations for my wedding day, she was rude and offensive. She had the nerve to call me arrogant. Not even an apology for ruining our special day. She even said that I was questioning the company's integrity. She expected me to get replacements for a videographer and dj 3

hours before my wedding was to take place. I don't know of any bride that double books their wedding vendors. I signed a contract saying that I would pay in full for a service that was never fulfilled. I paid in full, but got nothing in return. I paid over a thousand dollars for her to berate me over the phone and in emails. This wasn't a service for just a little party, this was a once in a lifetime event that will forever be ruined for me and my husband. I don't want any other bride and groom to be taken advantage of the

way we were. I am still waiting for a refund. They have done this to other people in the past. Do not use this company. They cannot be trusted! Desired Settlement: Replacement

Settlement Explanation:

The desired settlement is replacement of what happened on that day. Since we cannot go back in time, a full refund + additional compensation for a ruined and stressful wedding day. What should have been the most happy day of our lives turned into a nightmare. I would like to know who the CFO or CEO is of Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Inc./ Let's Dance Productions. I would like for them to personally contact me for an explanation of how I was treated on my wedding day. Customer Service Rep: Mrs.Diana Willis

I was also cheated by The Pinnacle Entertainment/Lets Dance Company. In 2002, I paid for a DJ for my daughter's Sweet 16 party and no one showed. I paid them $500 and to this date (2008), have not received a refund, phone call, or email. I STRONGLY agree with you Aimee, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! I still have the copies of the check and agreement.
