Can you believe that when I called to inquire about charges on my bank statement from this company they stated that the only way to look up my account was by my credit card!!!! What kind of scam is this place??!!

I had signed up for a one time fee to view my credit report for $9.95 back in Jan of 05 (this is May 05) and they have been charging my account every month since.
