Mudd Jeans,

I emailed mudd jeans about a watch I bought for my daughter at Christmas time. The container broke it was a zip container. The tools for changing the bands were gone and the end piece to connect the bands was missing. They emailed me back saying to contact the person that would ship out a new one. I did this and he emailed me back for my home mailing address to send the watch. This was the first part if Janurary 2005.

Since then they will not respond to any emails nor phone calls and we are stil waiting on the watch. The number for the watch is MD581ZKOL.They promised they would send another but to this day we have recieved nothing Below is a copy of my correspondence with the mudd jean company and the person that promised to replace the watch.
