I went to suntrust on the 22nd day of march. I was brand new to the area, just moved and never been here before. I was greeted by Solangel at Suntrust at Dr Phillips. She was nice when I met her. I tried opening an account, a personal account. Well, she managed to screw everything up and open me a business account.
Then when I noticed that my account online was a business account and that I couldn't check my account on the phone cause I needed a ' tax id ', I got really mad and had called the bank and got nowhere with them on the phone except a offer to buy a extra service personal account.
I am not calling suntrust to buy a service, I want to know what is going on with my account. Well, I had gotten through several people on the phone till I got a hold of a "specialist", whatever that is. She told me to come into the branch location I opened the account at.
Well I had to get in my car, use my gas millage to drive over to the bank where she said she would fix the account. But I would need to get new checks, a new card and I would have to wait a week for that and a day for the money to be available for my use. That is not fair, when the bank screwed up your account, I want something now for what they did to screw my account up.
Well, I waited that day, and there was still no money for my use, so I went to the bank, talked to a manager and she was no help either, Sandrelly was her name, but then after all the mess and confusion, I still have a business account and a personal account, but I dont even have a business, so I dont know what is going on.
