I placed an order for a Thursday with Tobler's in Kansas City. I then canceled the order the next day because the cost was really high for the product. The flowers were for my sister's graduation from cosmetology school. The flowers ended up being delivered despite the canceled order and they were delivered on Wednesday, BEFORE her graduation! Obviously I was upset at the 2 mistakes.

I called Tobler's and was told by the manager of the store that a mistake was made and that was that. I asked where the Wednesday delivery came into play because it was embarrassing to have flowers sent on the wrong day and the manger became angry, saying that they were going to go back to the school and pick the flowers back up and then proceeded to hang up on me.

The fact that the mistakes were made was disappointing, but the way that the company treated me in dealing with thier mistakes was unacceptable as a consumer. Not to mention the fact that my sister was embarrassed and upset and having flowers delivered and then taken away. Never again will I use this company, and I highly suggest that you think twice before using them yourselves.

Their lack of attention to detail is aggravating and their customer serivice is appaling. Oh, side note, the manager did offer to let my sister keep the flowers if i paid the high cost minus 20%! 20% off for flowers delivered in error and on the wrong day.
