Hi my name is Jennifer, I was recently or should I say I should have been approved for an unsecured credit card in the amount of 2500 dollars. The represenative's name that sold me the "package" is Lisa Michaels. Now Lisa Had told me that after her company that she works for, First US Financial, takes a deposit of $299 I will have to wait 10-14 business days for the "Financial Acceptance Package". "After you recieve the "package" sign the agreement send it back to the company and we will express deliver an unsecured credit card in the amount of 2500 dollars in 2-3 business days.", these were the words from Lisa. $299 was taken from my account on March 3rd ,2005.

 

I waited and got nervous when I didnt recieve anything in 14 days, so I called the company, the represenative was unable to help me, so I waited to speak to the surpervisor, Genea. I was told : "I'm sorry about the inconvenience, I'm not sure why she gave you that information, but the package takes up to 21 business days, please be patient, If you do not recieve your package we will track it for you to find it's location.

 

Today, March 30th, I recievethe "package". This "package is not an acceptance package instead I recieved some coupons for a computer, "try it for free.com" coupons, grocery coupons, a vacation advertisement, a satallite advertisement, a cell phone advertisement, and a free digital camera for only 39.95!!!! I was quite upset, when I read on a piece of paper, "your stored MasterCard application

will be mailed to you by the bank in 10 days.

 

PLease keep an eye out for it. When it arrives, simply fill it out and send back to the address on the application. There are no additional fees to pay and your card will arrive in 2-3 weeks." I was so upset when I read this I called the company to complain and get a refund, I no longer wanted to associate with this company. I spoke to the meanest represenative I've ever spoken to in my life, She wouldnt give me her name thats how mean she was, (It takes alot to be the nastiest person I've ever talked to on the phone before) She didnt want me to talk to Genea, the surpervisor, I waited 45 minutes before

she came to the phone.

 

I explained the situation to Genea, and she apologized, She said "You can return the package and get a refund in 30 days." I'm sorry but I was totally lied to and inconvienced and she's telling me I need to inconvenience myself more to get MY money retured back to me. I wanted to speak to her surpervisor, the person that hired her, anyone higher than her, to get assistance. I didnt believe that she was

going to file a complaint about lisa, I didnt believe her when she said she would tell her corporate office about my inconvenience, no I did not, I refused to get off the phone with her.

 

She then said to me "is there any question I can answer for you Mrs Dalosvio, desalvio, desarvo ??... and then she laughs." I told her I didnt think this was funny at all, and asked for her corporate number again, and I asked her why was she was playing around with me??? She then said "you're just playin' yourself"(slang and all) and hung up in my face. Was that necessary??? Now I'm left with a question, What can I do??
