I think that everyone in kelowna, british columbia should know of a scamming laundy mat. I was there with 4 loads of laundy, i washed them , and when it was come to dry them i placed them in the dryers, put in loads of money, waited 30 minutes for each, and they came out wet and cold. i complained to the clerk, and she told me that she was not responsible for any complaints.

i had used five machines, and filled them less than half full, and i know from exprience that that is enough to make them come out dry. after being told off my the clerk, i decided to put my cloths in the large dryer, which costs 5 dollars to run for 30 minutes, and as i was wheeling my cloths over there,

the clerk told me that the machine was "reserved" for another customer, whom was a friend of the clerk. after waiting 10 minutes for her "friend" to arrive, i was utterly upset, and confronted the clerk yet again.

i asked to speak to the managar, she told me she was, and then i asked her kindly for a refund for the dryers and my wet cloths. she told me she was just handling the manager job when her manager was away. i asked for the managers name, and she refused. the customer service skills at this place is horrible, the dryers don't work, and i would urge you to do your laundy some place else.
