JPS Health Network It is most impossible to get a refill at the Clinic. They have lost my refill three times in addition to no having it when they say. I usually takes three to five days to get a refill. I am on insulin and it makes it most difficult to get the medication needed. I just wish some unknown person would go through the system just to see what we have to deal with. I would never believe what has happen to me if someone else was telling the story, There is something wrong with the system or even if I understood what was going on. Are all county clinics this way. I am sure it doest not have to be. I only want someone to look in to the system. It is a shame that people or killing people in the hospital system. Who can you trust? I have been attempting to get information on medication I requested to receive refills on for more than 2-3 weeks. I have not received the information requested & am especially concerned that my Lantus, Micardis, Cyclobenzaprine, & other medications are being held hostage due to some incompotent person's irresponsibility & failure to render the services JPS'S Human Resources commissioned him/her to perform.

Such gross negligence is unacceptable & should not be tolerated by the powers that be.

The only thing I want to happen at this point is to have JPS Pharmacy transfer ALL my prescriptions to Walgreens Pharmacy. Their phone number is

Please act on this rather

SIMPLE/YOU DON'T HAVE TO THINK TO ACT request as expeditiously as is humanly possible.

My husband is a former JPS employee with lots of medical challenges. Because his JPS Cobra insurance requires the use of the JPS pharmacy I have been dealing with a number issues and challenges:

Lost orders, Perscriptions sent to the wrong address, mailings delayed for more than two weeks, perscriptions that include one or two pills that are "different" in color and size, inabiltiy to get common thyroid meds, telephone wait times of more than 20 minutes etc. etc. Several times I have had to request the Doc. give me a extra perscription and have them filled at another pharmacy, pay out of pocket so that he doesn't run out of meds. I would never recommend use of this pharmacy.
