Chase Kennesaw, GA - credit card

I did a balance transfer with a lower credit card interest rate. I paid the balance off which was 2,357.10. the amount paid was 2,457.10, I also sent a check in of a $100. this credit card company refunded me a hundred and now charging me interest.

they told me that I am going to charge interest ontop of interest. that doesn't make any sense to me. this credit card was bank one and chase bought them out. they are ripping me off interest. I proof of this all the transactions.
