We purchased a Vectron Ultralite Radio Control Wireless Flying Saucer from a kiosk at our local mall. The product never worked and actually looked as if it had been used. It was held together underneath by Scotch tape! No way to know if this was the fault of the manufacturer (Science Tech) or the vendor.

The box said not to return the product to a retail store but gave an email address for customer service. At this writing, after 3 months and two emails, I have yet to receive a response from this company.
