Please see below, this is the response I recieved from Favorwarehouse when I called and emailed the customer service people ,, he states that I had a backordered item, which I had called and cancelled. I was sent my order on time. I was missing 12 items in my order. I called on a Monday and spoke with a customer service rep he said he would ship out items that were missing and I would get no later that Friday.

I found out when I checked tracking that the items would not get here until Monday the day after the baby shower, this is the response I got, when I asked them to send it to me overnight so I would get on time.

I had nothing but problems with the customer service people here as you can see below they are telling me the consumer that I made a mistake when indeed they did not put enough items in my order (they were not backordered items)

This order was not sent out on time originally because of YOUR mistake. You had ordered a backorder item with the rest of the items. That is not our fault. We replaced the broken pieces and they will arrive next week. That is the best we can do. If you need them for this weekend then I suggest you call me with your credit card number so we can set up next day air shipping (or even 2nd day or 3-day if you call soon enough) at your expense.
