E R Solutions, Renton, WA - collection call harrassment

This company calls my house every day looking for my nephew. I have told them every time that he does not live here, nor has he ever lived here. I have also told them that I dont know where he is, as I have not seen him in at least a year. They still persist on calling, every day at 3:30, and every day it is the same dillemma.

I got a call today from them, again asking for my nephew, when I asked what company the rep was with, she said "none of your business". I told her to quit calling and she started speaking over me and being really rude and sarcastic.

I then asked to speak to her manager and she put me on hold. She came back on and said "transferring" in a childish and sarcastic manner. A man came on and said they would remove my #. I called right back and asked for the manager of that name, I was told there was no one there by that name. This is completely illegal and ridiculous.

I have been a professional debt collector for 6 years and never once have I seen anyone behave like this. I really do feel for people who owe a debt and are being harrassed by this company. Look how they treated me and I don't even owe any creditors!
