This is a catalog business called Sincerely Yours. After messing up our order and sending the wrong product, they wanted me to pay for shipping back. They swore I ordered the wrong product. I then found the email order confirm which showed the correct product. When I called them, they still made me fax it to them.
Then, it took weeks to get them to pick up the wrong merchandise, and they would not send the right stuff until they received the other merchandise. When it finally arrived, it was horribly broken. I have now spent the last few weeks going through the whole process again...no apologies...and I am still without my product (chairs) that I paid over $1000 for.
