Net Zero has illegally charged our account four times!!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life! I am ready to do all I can to expose NETZERO for all of their wrong doings. I have seen many complaints about them charging people wrongfully, unfortunately I didn't read those complaints before I used their service! Beware! Once you sign up they charge you for any technical support!!! Beware! Once you sign up with a credit card, and try to cancel, they will tell you it's cancelled but they will continue charging your account. I have called four times total, each call lasting over 2 hours long, and they still continue to charge my visa, after they reassure me with a confirmation number that I have cancelled my account.
