Dear MCI
I have been holding to speak to a person for 70 minutes so far. I know you have to handle volumes of calls but has it occured to you that such a long hold is BAD FOR BUSINESS?
My son is unfortunately serving time for a DUI and I switched to MCI long distance so that we could talk. My son will not always be in jail and I am a potential good customer, who would keep MCI if the service were decent.
I have questions about the new pre pay plan for inmates. I am unable to receive service. It has now been 84 minutes on hold. I sent the $100. pre pay but my son is blocked from calling. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I AM GOING TO HANG UP NOW.....THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
