Never again will I ever be conned in to doing business with your The Jewerly Exchange!! 2 years ago I bought 3 rings valued at $2300.00 and the ring I bought for myself the other two were for an my lover at the time! I bought a gold ring with 3 diamonds and love it except for the fact that the diamonds

are turning black!

I pointed this out to your sales person and was told that diamonds are supposed to turn black with age and I have since found this to be wrong! I did not even want the ring I bought but the high powered sales pitching from the rude sales lady who insured me I was getting a real bargin on what turned out to be a pieace of junk made it She was relentless!I am on disabilty and can not afford to get this ring repaired! I am to be married April 30th and flatly refuse to buy the rings from you and I also plan to let all of my friends and family know about the shoddy way you treat custumers who if you are like me only buy Jewerly on a limited basis! all I want is my ring repaired with diamonds that look like they should look insted of diamonds with black carbon spots! I did return it in 2003 and was not helped any in the least! I bought my ring in Renton Washington!
