One of our two living room sofas had gotten damaged. We went to Terminal Mill End to see if we could find new fabric and have them reupholster the two couches to match all the pillows and drapes they had made for us.

We were told to send them two cushions from the seat of the sofa and the gal there (Denise) would do a search to find fabric in the same colors. We know that colors come and go and it might not be an easy job. Heaven forbid that she could have used the arm covers that we brought in!!!! After a while when we didn't hear back, we stopped back into the store to find that Denise was out having surgery. We called a short time later and she told us that she was working very short hours and to give her time, which we did. We were very patient, apparently too patient because after two years, we never heard back.

When we contacted her she told us that the cushions covers had been discarded because they were there for so long. Well ---- they were only there for so long because she kept telling us that she would search for fabric for us and to bear with her since she wasn't working as many hours. What made matters even worse was the comment from Nina (one of the owners) that it isn't her responsibility or her fault. Interesting and certainly unfortunate how they can get away with doing that. Never again will we use Terminal Mill End nor recommend them to anyone! Gerald & Carolyn D
