Retinol Ultra skin care / E. Burnham

I live in South Glens Falls in NY State. A month ago I received a free sample of a cream called Retinol Ultra Skin Care. I didn't use it because it was too perfumed. Today, March 28, I had another package from this company in my mailbox. They sent me a full jar of cream (not a sample) with an invoice, $26.95.

They charged me 3.00 for the shipping on a cream that I didn't order and I didn't use the sample either. Now, I'll have to sent it back and pay the postal fees. It shouldn't be legal. I don't know where to write to ask that they remove address, town and name from their database.
