I am writing to let you know that I have an ongoing dispute with the above named company over a Real Madrid football strip and a Real Madrid jacket that I ordered last August.

These goods have never turned up, despite countless emails from someone called Martin,who has been promising me of not only "express delivery" but also a full reund since October of last year.

They asked me three weeks ago for my Paypal address so they could refund me but then denied ever recieving my email address, they then advised me on 19 March that the refund would be done that day..10 days later, still no payment.

Could you advise me as to where to go from here?
