I have purchased 13 of these from various sources. Everyone of them have stopped working within one year. They are great when you first get them and when they work. It is useless to try to get guarantee, replacement. There is a hefty cost for the return, once you add on shipping, and the one I did return, they sent me back the same one I had sent them! You get someone on the phone that hardly speaks any English and has a script that they just repeat over and over – very frustrating. No doubt there is a defect in the manufacturing of these products and the joy of using them when they arrive fades quickly when it no longer with charge and work at all in hardly no time at all.
