McDonald's, Bastrop, La

The McDonald's i am writing about is in Bastrop, La. It is the only one inour town. the service has been adequate until the last 9 months or so.

The store now rarely opens on time,the wait time for food is lenghty and overall employee attitude towards its customers leaves little to be desired. This morning i was in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. After five minutes of waiting, I proceeded to pull up to the window to place my order.

There i observed employees drinking beverages and carrying on conversations with customers while i sat unnoticed in my vehicle. after 10 minutes of waiting i decided that my money was not needed at this restaurant.

I have been a loyal customer of this McDonald's for over 15 years and it saddens me to think that the owner of this store takes no time or has litle consideration for his/her patrons to check on how it is being run.
