Respected Sir I purchased a Nokia Hand set, model name and No - Nokia 3100 bearing IMEI No. 467558/3 from the shop namely A to Z Mobile & Shirts, Opp sit TO ARAVIND EYE HOSPITAL Tirunelveli Junction -1, having cell No.,98421-55518 and 98428-55518. The hand set become repair or unfit for further service. So, I took up the hand set to the shop to get it serviced.The shop owner behaviour is not good and misbehaved.Finally he got the hand set and gave a receipt for the ackonwledgement No -389. Still , the hand set is not serviced and returned to me as on today.Due to his service deficiency, heavy loss is noticed.So, to recover the loss,I am going to file a suit before the Consumer Forum adding you as a second party.Kindly advise him and take suitable action against the concerned shop owner.
