I purchased a leather furniture set to be delivered to my home on 1/2/05 for $1621.00.

When the furniture arrived it ha holes in it that someone tried to repair. I refused the furniture and asked for it to be taken back. The Hecht's warehouse offered a reduction in price for the inconvenience, and replacement of the damaged furniture.

The reduction in price with all offers was to be a $359.98 reduction making the total cost to be $1261.02. when I recieved the first bill for this transaction in the mail on 3/27/05 it stated I was a month late and I owed 1624.88 plus late fee's.

I have faxed copies from the store showing there acknowledgement of the defective furniture and their offer to reduce the price ddue to their mistake.
