I am a customer of T-mobile, and I would just like to say this is the worst cell phone company. I have never received such bad reception from a phone. They tell me that they are working to improve service in this area.

I will be so glad when my contract is up. I hope no one else is taken in by this company over the internet. Thank God the contract is only for a year. problems I am experiencing calls being dropped. No reception unless you go to the entrance of the building you are in such as the mall.
