I have visit your showroom at Ahmedabad Star Radio Electric Co. at Ahmedabad dt-29/1/05. I have purchase a 114 Iron one Pec Rs-730 invoice No-R6058 dt-29/1/05. One Month have not passed and it is not working then I complain to shop.They deniy that you have not come here , you go to our workshop. They look out. As a client they do this work. Customer can’t go to your work shop.Eventhough I go to workshop. They look out and tested After two days it is not working. Second time I visit to your showroom Star Radia Ele Co. second time they says you go to work shop. We are helpless if you piut this from then you have to come after a week or two week our worker are not going every day. I ask you then why you give dealer ship to them, ideal and lassy person. I have purchase as a standard company while it is dupplicat good from your showroom. I request you to advise your deeler Agent at Ahemedabad to exchange and new Iron no 114 to me as early as possible.
