Dish Network Technician

Dish Network Technician Dish Network Technician   On March 25th a Dish Network technician came to my home in Albuquerque, NM to repair a problem with the Dish system. The technician and myself were both outside with my dogs while he was repairing the wires that needed to be repaired. As he walked up to the gate, he said that my dogs were friendly dogs, that he was petting them and I told him that they were still puppies, and puppies are generally friendly, even though these dogs are pit bulls.
After that, he and I proceeded to leave the yard and I was the last one to come out of the yard so I made sure the gate was closed behind me, because I knew that I didn't want the dogs to get out. The technician went to his truck to complete the paperwork. As I was in my home I was looking at my dogs through the glass sliding doors and seen both dogs outside, just then the technician walked back into my home to have me sign the paperwork. So when he left he knew that the gate to the back yard was not locked, so I believe he opened the gate and stole my 5 month old pit bull. This dog was really friendly and would go with anybody.
Dish network people were trying to say that the dog probably just got out, but if that were the case then the other dog would have gotten out to, but the gate was closed and the other dog was still here. After several phone calls to his supervisor Bill from 2420 Comanche NE, Albuquerque NM 87107 (505) 888-6695, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do about it, because the technician said that he did not take my dog.
Like he was going to admit he stole my dog. I even attempted to call the Corporate office and they told me they were satisfied with what the supervisor told them about the incident and were not going to take any action on this employee. What the supervisor neglected to tell them or did not want to tell Corporate, was that when I first called they could not find this technician for quite some time, which I think he was taking the dog home or somewhere and cleaning up any evidence that the dog was in the dish truck. It was just his word and never mind what the customer had to say. I believe I will never get my dog back but I just hope this technician will get his one day.
By the way, I switched from Dish Network to Direct TV, I am certainly not giving them my business anymore and I recommend no else deals with a company that won't even discipline their employees for stealing.
I would like this message sent to the CEO, vice president and supervisors of dish network (Email User).
Thank you,
