TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

 

I BOUGHT OVER $5700.00 WORTH OF KITCHEN APPLIANCE EQUIPMENT AT SEARS

IT WAS BIG MISTAKE !!

 

THEY CLAIM EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, WHOSE SATISFACTION ?

 

THEIRS OR MINE ?

 

ALL THE TOP LINE OF KITCHEN AID 'FRIG-MICROW-DISHW-RANGE" ALL WITH THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT BESIDES THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.

 

THE PROBLEM:

 

THE MICROWAVE DOES NOT WORK, WORKED ON THE FIRST DAY AND IT STOPPED.

AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULLED (OVER ONE WEEK FOR SOMEONE TO COME IN TO FIX IT)

 

I TOLD SEARS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, THEY HAVE THE EQUIPMENT SERIAL # TYPE AND THEY KNOW WHAT PART NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

 

WHEN THE REPAIR PERSON ARRIVES, HE CLAIMS THAT THE UNIT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM FROM THE WALL TO REPLACE A PART THAT REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE. WHY THE HELL IF THEY KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG,

 

AND THE MODEL# TO BRING TWO PEOPLE AND TAKE CARE OF THIS CUSTOMER WHO HAS BEEN WAITING A WEEK WITHOUT A MICROWAVE.

 

NOW THEY CLAIM IT WILL BE ANOTHER WEEK, AND AFTER CALLING KITCHEN AID (they could not care less)

 

KITCHEN AID OFFERS TO SEND ME A COUPON WORTH $75.00 TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF A NEW COUNTERTOP MICROWAVE THAT I DO NOT NEED.

 

I NEED SERVICE, I NEED A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND WHAT THEY CLAIM, THE $75.00 CUPON DOES NOT CUT IT, I WANT IT KNOWN THAT NEITHER SEARS OR KITCHEN AID ARE WORTH WHAT THEY CLAIM.

 

THE PEOPLE AT THE AVENTURA SEARS APPLIANCE DEPT. KEEP ME ON HOLD AND THEY DISCONNECT MY LINE AFTERWARDS. NOBODY CARES AND THE PERSON WHOM I BOUGHT ALL THE APPLIANCES IS OFF TODAY, "SHE WAS VERY NICE DURING THE SALES PROCESS, BUT SHE IS NOT IN TODAY" THEREFORE APPARENTLY EVERYONE ELSE THERE IS NOT GOING TO HELP ME, MAYBE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT MAKE THE JUICY SALE !!!!

I ALREADY PAID IN FULL THE COMPLETE PURCHASE (i should have waited, but i keep my credit spotless)

 

I WANT SATISFACTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

IF THIS IS WHAT I CAN EXPECT FROM SEARS, THEY CAN COME IN AND RIP OUT OF THE WALLS ALL THE APPLIANCES AND GIVE ME A COMPLETE FULL REFUND

P.S. MY WIFE TOOK THE DAY OFF TODAY FOR THE MICROWAVE APPOINTMENT AND NOW SHE WILL HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY FOR THEM TO COME IN AGAIN-- WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THAT TIME ?

 

IS THIS WHAT 2005 SERVICE IS LIKE ?? "THIS IS NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS"
