After complaining to them with no results, I just want to complain to some one else. For five years, I have lived in this house and periodically, the mail would get mixed up with the neighbors. But it is progressively getting worse. I have complained to the local post master, all he does is apologize, but nothing gets done. But now, I have had it.

My daughter applied for a passport in mid-January. When we checked on the status today, we found out that the passport office sent a letter to us on March 9th and it was sent back undeliverable. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! My bank statement that was sent out on March 14th, was on my front porch this morning at 7:00 from a neighbor.

They have lost my daughters drivers licence too. There have been neighborhood groups going together to complain to them. They do nothing. Who governs them? So what is the point of a Civil Service exam? I thought it was to test for competency.

Thank you,

Patsy H

The point of a civil service exam is to see how ethnically qualified you are. It has nothing to do with competency.
