Flexsteel leather couch from Rosa's in Buffalo, New York

We bought a Flexsteel leather couch from Rosa's in Buffalo, New York in April 2002, It was delivered in June 2002. first of all the legs were the wrong legs so a service rep from Rosa's came out and got that fixed for me.

Then I had called him back because I noticed stains on the cushions of the couch, he came back and said that the leather sometimes does that because of something working out of the leather.

I have cleaned and polished the couch according to the manufacturers directions and the stains still have not come out. Now the couch looks and feels like the leather is very rough and looks like is going to peel. I paid $3000.00 for this couch and also purchased a chair and ottoman for $1960.00. I also purchased the five year warranty on the couch and chair for an additional $319.20. I have tried to call StainSafe at the 800 number , and I have also e-mailed them and have had no answer.

When I call the 800 number I get put on hold forever. I feel as though something should be done about this problem, I can't get any satisfaction. Please advise as to what I should do next. Why bother to get any warranties when no one will honor them.
