Thank you. However, I did solve the problem.

I had downloaded 2 Microsoft updates: KB891711 and KB888113 the day before I lost Incredible Mail. When I became suspicious of this, I removed the two updates and got my Incredible Mail back.

Consumer Message - March 17, 2005:

I have been using incredimail for years and love it and have never had any problems until yesterday and today. It works up to a point, then I get an error message whcih says it will be closed down, and to press any key to continue (back to windows). What is the problem???? Sara
