I purchased a Dell 3000 on Jan 13, 2005 and have requested on a number of occasions for an invoice so i can pay off my computor. I have made several phone calls to this effect with no bill sent to me..

 

On Sun March 13,2005 at 830 pm a dell rep. called my house and stated I was 5 days late with my payment and I explained I have never received a bill but I did have him draft the money from my account including a late fee eventhough I had never received a bill.

 

On March 16, I recieved a bill from dell stating I owe them the full amount including the late fee. Please respond to this e mail and help.
