Mumbai- India Dear Sir, I purchased one color television on 17.01.1999, under the MONEY BACK SCHEME-1999 launched by VIDEOCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and invested a sum of Rs 5000/- in the company, from my small savings. The company issued me a security bond bearing no E/00123828 dated 17.01.1999 which got matured on 17.01.2005 after an expiry of 6 years. Now the company was supposed to pay me a sum of Rs 14,990/- on maturity dated i.e. 17.01.2005. I submitted the original security bond as required by the company to its Aurangabad office on 06.12.04. which is acknowledged too. After 1 1/2 months I received a later from your company to the effect that I am required to send proof of identity, copy of CTV purchase invoice & PAN number.I forwarded these documents to M/s WELLINGTON & ASSOCIATES, P.O. BOX No: 223 BEGUMPET, HYDERABAD ON 14.02.05 through Registered A.D. since the maturity is already been taken place long back but I could not get my money till date in spite of my numerous telephonic calls at your offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Aurangabad and Ahmednagar. I had full faith in the company while making the investment but now at the time of repayment the company is going back on its word, which is not expected from a company as reputed as yours. I have to fulfill some family commitments from the money which I supposed to receive from your company. Therefore I request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest as I am in badly need of money. Thanking you, Regards
