My name is Matthew S and I have a Washington court debt listed with these strong arming thugs. I received a ticket from Lincoln County for speeding a few years ago and forgot to go to court. I had to be there the next day, usually it's a couple of weeks out, my mistake. Oregon, like clockwork suspended my license without notification...

Later that week I was in Washington State and was pulled over for a license plate light being out. I was then notified by the officer that I was be arrested, and being given a fine of $1700.00 dollars.

At the same point in time I am going through a divorce and was losing my mind. I made arrangements with the court to make payments, and forgot them too.

During this period Allied received a judgment against me and raised the amount with their fees to $2500.00 making matters worse.

When I recovered from my personal problems I called them to make arrangements to pay monthly. I did not ask for a release at this time.

My case worker starts yelling at me saying,"We've been trying to contact you for two years!" I bit my tongue almost completely off, for I am not one to tolerate being yelled at by anyone. She then says, "We will not accept payments, you can pay it all or not at all" I remember thinking what kind of baboon idiot would not take a payment? She then says," Mr. Susee, we don't care if you ever drive again..." At this point she won and I proceed to tell her that I was sorry that no man wanted her and she felt that she had to take it out on me... The ensuing argument that followed was interesting to say the least.

I have never done business with an operation that lacks 100% in any type of, manners or ethics. To me their building would be a perfect place for genetic testing, and I can only imagine what their job application must read like...

They should be shut down before somebody straps themselves with dynamite, runs in the front door and detonates it. People are under enough stress, and the woman I talked to should be fired and sent back to the woman's correctional facility in which she must have came from...
