This is more of a concern than a complaint. But I get a dividend reward back on my credit card from 1% to 5% depending on where I use my credit card (gas stations and food stores get 5% while other get 1% cash back) .

All I get on my statement for my reward dividend is a total for the month so I have no idea if they are giving me the credit percentage back for each transaction I make. I have e-mailed them and asked if they could put the reward detail on the statement so I know I am getting back the proper amount.

They said they couldn't do that and they sent me just the general policy again. I think to have all the information I need to know the detail of the reward percentage for each store so I know the total they give me is correct.
