I have a mortgage with Weichert Financial Services. I bought the house in July 2003. In December 2004 I got a delinquent 1993 tax notice. I contacted Weichert and faxed them the bill on Dec 14, 2004. In January 2005 I got another deliquent tax bill. I called and according to Sue Lee Haerra (spelling?) they were sending the bill overnight on January 25, 2005. At the end of Febuary I got another delinquent tax bill.

The delinquent notices are threatening a law suit, a lien on my property and a bad credit report. On March 2, I called Weichert Financial Company and left 2 messages. I

have not

received a return call. In my previous attempts to reach someone at Weichert Financial Services, I had the same problem contacting someone to help me. On January 24 and 25, I had to make 10 calls before I spoke to someone. I'm not impolite or rude on the phone, I just want to get this problem resolved. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this mortgage company. I also got a call from my insurance company that Weichert Financial Services was late paying my homeowner's insurance. Sherrill S L

I have had a similar experience with Weichert Financial not communicating until the whole situation required legal recourse.
