I would like to complain about PRIMARY FINANCIAL SERVICES.

They keep calling my house looking for my daughter.

she returned their call yesterday, then she had to go.

She told me to field all her calls....

Someone rude called today so I asked how I could help them,

then, our call waiting beep. Another child in my house has been sick, and this morning the doctor sent her to the emergency room to test her appendix, gall bladder and liver.

I told this "John" guy I had to take the call, and he accused us of putting them off twice.

We are in the middle of a medical emergency.

I told him he was harassing and not call my phone any more.

My daughter indeed got into financial trouble.

1 car wreck, 2 emergency room visits,

she has no vehicle, no phone, sometimes no home.

Her employer, a grocery store was on a record breaking strike.

She is struggling, and between she and I, have written every creditor,

and I personally mailed each checks for months. They were 5-15 dollar each, but I have not worked for a year myself due to a work injury.

We are hard working honest people.

Primary care financial, give me a break.

I will look up every consumer protection agency and complaint bureau I can find.

I think I will look into chapter 11 for my daughter as well.

We had medical emergencies, and you sat there saying "really"

in your condescending tone.

Shame on you.

You might have said a prayer instead.
