White glove moving & storage sold me a service verbally which turned out to be totally different. I purchased a door to door service which I was told included everything including disassembling & packing at pick-up and then reassembling and unpacking at destination. First they were late in their pick up time and tool 12 hours to pick up and then I was informed at the time of pick up that they wouldn’t reassemble the already disassembled things at the time of pick up even though I had told the sales person that my stuff is disassembled, he didn’t tell me that by law they are not allowed to reassembled disassembled stuff.

Furthermore I found out that unpacking isn’t what I though unpacking would be i.e. unpacking the stuff from the cartons and putting it in it’s proper place. They said unpacking was removing stuff from their trailer and putting into the house and after that carton unpacking and placing in proper place was additional charges.
