This is not a complaint, but a congrates to Larry Levine and Expressautoparts.com. About 3 years ago I ordered a rack and pinion part from expressautoparts.com. After I returned the core I had a hard time getting my core refund back. After many e-mails I had no positive response. But just last week I received my core refund check in the mail. So anyone and everyone who reads this please give expressautoparts.com another chance. Larry and expressautoparts.com are making a tremendous effort to make things right. Again thanks

for taking care of your customers. I will again be doing business with expressautoparts.com.

Ordered a part from them via USPS and money order. Received the part. Put it in. Sent back the core per their instructions. They received the core per UPS tracking number. Have yet to receive a core refund. This all took place over a year and a half ago.

They finally gave me a number to their credit dept. 212-590-2451 every time I call I get a busy signal. all I'm asking is what belongs to me.
