McArthur Blvd., Irving, Texas; 866-569-0050 Complaint: Pinnacle Entertainment Group aka Let's Dance Productions is definately an internet rip-off company. Like the other complaint, we paid in full (thankfully by Credit card)for a wedding DJ. We became concerned after we didn't hear from them at all for 10 days just before the wedding. No emails, repeated answering machine recordings...they obviously have caller ID and just didn't pick up when our ID was listed. We finally reached them by using another phone that we had not previously used and they answered. We got yelled at, cussed out, and hung up on. They also accused us of threatening them which we did not. We were simply calling to confirm. They even cussed out our Credit Card investigator. We looked online and found several complaints. Better Business Bureau has determined "they are out of business."Complaints.com has several listings on this company. We dealt with Diana and David. You'll see those two names in every complaint. Stay away. Tell your friends. We plan to ask the local TV station to feature this company in their consumer protection spot. I wonder how they sleep at night? Leann
